  • Is the festival free to attend?
    Yes, the Pawsitive Steps Festival is free for all attendees. We kindly ask you to donate to Mind Connections Foundation and help us with our incredible initiatives such as Pawsitive Steps Festival. Go to https://www.pawsitivesteps.com.au or on festival day for donations.
  • When and where is the festival taking place?
    The festival will be held on Saturday, TBC, at Rouse Hill Town Centre, located at 10/14 Market Ln, Rouse Hill 2155.
  • Can I bring my dog to the festival?
    Absolutely! Dogs are welcome at the festival. Please ensure your pet is on a leash at all times and up to date with vaccinations.
  • Do I have to have my dog on a leash?
    Yes, this is essential because there will be many dogs at the festival, and we want to ensure their safety and protection on the festival grounds. Make sure your pets have well-fitting collars with up-to-date ID tags in case they get lost. We also recommend using non-retractable leads to maintain full control of your dog.
  • Will there be food and drinks available?
    Yes, there will be a range of food and beverage vendors offering delicious healthy options for a healthy mind for both humans and pets.
  • Are there any competitions or contests for dogs?
    Yes, there will be our best-dressed dog, Pawshion Show. Details on how to enter will be provided on the website soon.
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes, there is ample parking available at Rouse Hill Town Centre. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
  • What should I bring with me to the festival?
    Bring yourself, your dog, a leash, water for your pet, and any items your dog may need such as treats or a favourite toy. Don’t forget your smile for a fun and informative day!
  • Do I have to register to attend Pawsitive Steps?
    Yes, we kindly ask that you register for the festival so we can monitor attendance numbers. While entry is free, your cooperation is essential for running a successful event. Please note that spots are limited.
  • I haven’t received my ticket, what do I do?"
    Upon purchasing tickets, you will receive an automated email confirmation. If you don’t receive it, please check the following: Check your spam folder, as the email might have been filtered there. Double-check the email address you entered during purchase. If you made a typo, please email us, and we’ll search for your order and resend the confirmation.
  • Who organises Pawsitive Steps?
    Mind Connections Foundation was established in August 2020 with the purpose of improving mental health and wellbeing of the Hills community through awareness programs and research. Through good governance, connecting with the community and recognising the complex issues of mental health we seek to strive and support minds of every kind.
