The Pawsitive Steps toward Mental Health annual festival stands as a vibrant community celebration dedicated to promoting mental well-being. Since its inception in 2011, this event has blossomed into a significant gathering, addressing and challenging the stigma surrounding mental health and illness.

The Pawsitive Steps – Mind, Doggy, and Spirit Festival operates on a four-pronged approach, fostering community resilience and social interaction. It's a lively family-oriented day filled with activities alongside our furry companions, offering education from local health, nutrition, and fitness providers in a stigma-free environment. Participants and service providers alike share knowledge on prevention and early intervention, generating immense joy.

Having been part of this journey for the last decade, it's been a source of great fulfillment.
